For over four decades, Dr. Marc Welge and his predecessor, Dr. Brian McGarvey, have been helping Iowans love their smiles! We understand what you are going through. Almost all of our staff (and their kids, too) have done orthodontics in our office. We are now seeing the children and even the grandchildren of our former patients.
Our flagship West Des Moines office has been conveniently located in the same place for over 40 years. During that time, we have grown to include office locations in Norwalk, Winterset, Creston, and Perry. During the last 40 years, the world has changed. So has our orthodontic practice.
