Dr. Lauren Goertzen completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Butler University before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. She was actively involved in research at both institutions during her academic journey. Originally from Fort Wayne, Dr. Goertzen graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School and is thrilled to return to her hometown to contribute to the community.
Dr. Goertzen has a deep appreciation for food, travel, and music. Growing up, she learned to play the piano. She enjoys exploring new restaurants and experimenting with recipes. Her parents, both of whom pursued careers in healthcare, inspired her passion for science. She chose dentistry for its blend of ingenuity, creativity, and personalized patient care.
