With encouragement from his mother, he decided to pursue dentistry because it combined his engineering skills with his aesthetic touch. After practicing for several years in Seoul, South Korea, he decided to specialize in Prosthodontics to truly master his dental capabilities. A graduate of the elite Seoul National University with his DDS, Dr. Kim expanded his knowledge further at Boston University's prestigious Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, bringing along his wife, a former anchorwoman, and their two daughters.
