James VandeBerg DDS, MS has been practicing orthodontics for nearly 20 years. Originally from San Antonio, Dr. VandeBerg has spent his career delivering exceptional service and building practices to have the greatest impact with his short time on earth. He has owned and operated 18 practices during his career and sold them in 2023. He serves as the Orthodontic Director for that group in a part-time capacity mentoring the orthodontists and ensuring excellent orthodontic care for their patients. In 2024, he has chosen to focus his time and energy serving the Prosper community as the owner and orthodontist at Prosper Trail Orthodontics. He loves building relationships with the patients and dentists in the Prosper area and generously giving back to this community that has so warmly welcomed him. In his 20 years as an orthodontist he has learned that catering to the patients’ needs is paramount over everything else. No two patients are alike and Prosper Trail Orthodontics is here to understand what our patients’ goals are and get them to that result in the most enjoyable, expedient way possible. When he’s not crafting beautiful smiles and mentoring other orthodontists, he is spending time with his lovely wife Lauren of 22 years and their three children, Clayton, Suzanne, and Charlotte.
