At New Horizons, we strive to provide complete dental care for our entire patient family. Our services include:
Dr. Guy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Kansas State, then attended UMKC School of Dentistry for his Doctorate degree. He has been placing dental implants for more than 20 years and has taught Dental Implant surgery courses to other dentists since 2014.
Dr. Kate earned her Bachelor of the Arts in Human Biology from the University of Kansas in 1998, and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2002.
Dr. Azriel “Azzy” Minjarez-Almeida earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City after completing his Bachelor’s in Biology at Kansas State University and he is an active member of multiple dental associations.
In 2021, Dr. Jay earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He later completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Wichita State University, where he gained hands-on experience in comprehensive care, surgical procedures, and complex treatment planning.
