About us
Dr. Justin Liggett grew up in the Bay Area Foothills and has had close family ties to the Sonora area for over 20 plus years. As such, he has a deep understanding of the unique dental needs of our community. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies to provide his patients with the most advanced and effective dental treatments available.
Dr. Liggett has been practicing dentistry since 2015. After obtaining his Masters in Biology at Purdue University Fort Wayne, he attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry , graduating in 2015. After graduation, he served in the United States Army Dental Corps where he had the opportunity to treat Soldiers’ dental needs for 4 years, helping them maintain unit readiness for missions and during deployment.
Thereafter, Dr. Liggett worked with a private practice in upstate New York, while his wife Katlyn completed her time in the Army JAG Corps. In 2020, Dr. Liggett and his wife moved back to his home state of California, to start their family and develop those long-term roots in the Sierra Foothills.
Dr. Liggett is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.
