Our office, as a courtesy to our patients, will file dental insurance on their behalf. We will file each claim with only one insurance provider. If you have secondary coverage, that is your responsibility to file. We are not a participating provider with ANY insurance company. Some benefits may be reduced if you are not seen by a PPO provider. Also, some insurance companies will not pay our office directly. You would be responsible for full payment at time of service. If you have any questions regarding that, please contact your insurance company for more information. All co-pays and deductibles will be required at each appointment.
