Dr. Michael LeBlanc founded LeBlanc & Associates in 2005 with one goal: make the dentist a place kids actually want to go. In dental school, he was struck by how resilient and honest kids could be, and it sent him straight into pediatric dentistry. That same focus has shaped everything about the practice ever since.
What started as a single office has grown into five Kansas City metro locations , with eight board-certified pediatric dentists who share Dr. LeBlanc’s belief that every child deserves a calm, positive dental experience. From open communication with parents to prizes and rewards that keep kids smiling on the way out, every part of a visit is designed around one question: how do we make this good for the child in front of us?
Twenty years later, that question still drives every decision we make from the doctors on our team to the toys in our waiting rooms.
