About us
Dr. Y was born in Israel and at the age of 10, moved to Toronto, Canada. Following his junior year in high school, Dr. Y moved to Irvine and finished his senior year at Woodbridge High School. After his biology education at UCI and his acceptance to the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Y married his wife, Batel, and moved to Boston, Massachusetts to begin his dental education. Dr. Y graduated with honors from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and was accepted to their pediatric dental residency at Children’s Hospital, Boston, taking the role of chief resident. After six years in Boston, many great memories, two wonderful daughters and an acceptance into the orthodontic residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Dr. Y and his family moved back west to Los Angeles, once again being chosen to be the chief resident.
