Dr. Hengen is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon who practices the full scope of the specialty, with clinical interests in dental extractions, dental implant surgery, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma and reconstruction. A Phoenix-area native, he completed more than eleven years of education and surgical training in Lexington and Houston before returning home to Glendale. He is fluent in Spanish, and away from the operatory most of his time goes to his wife and kids — with the rest spent on live music, Arizona sports, guitar, and grilling.
