Implants at Better Price

I’m looking to get implants on the top and bottom and was quoted $59,000 that’s a little too much for me as I’m a single mother… anyone have any recommendations for a better price… US or Mexico

  1. How many implants they said you need? If you are willing to travel for it you can get it done for $5000 to $8000 with best quality Hiossen Implants Medicterrean Check&message the dental part of
    en.medicterrean.com

  2. I don’t know why everyone is getting quoted so much. It’s expensive here in Australia but it’s about $5k for three teeth implants

    1. Jessica L. because here in the states our doctors and dentists know they can charge that much..and sadly when it’s cosmetic insurance won’t pay for it

      1. Nancy M. I’m not sure if you know but in Australia we have free health care for everything except for teeth. So when we need extractions, fillings, crowns etc we need to pay for that except for if you’re on a low income or disabled they do it for free. Dentist try to control their prices here and set it some too high but then you can come across a dentist who is doing dentistry for the right reasons and they’re prices will be reasonable

    2. Jessica L. it actually is that expensive in aus, I’m in vic, just been quoted 55 k for all on 4 top and bottom. its around 5 k for one single tooth implant. would love to know where you are getting 3 done for 5k?

    3. Jessica L. Yes Aus is crazy expensive for full mouth restorations. My ex was quoted minimum 55k starting price

    4. Jessica L. where from? I was quoted 53-55 for a full set of implants (all in 4) I’m having to go via public and only just had everything pulled out and am waiting for dentures because my teeth got so bad I nearly went septic

  3. Smile clinic does the 3 on 6 and its about 16k per arch, there is also done in one in Florida that is about 32k I believe

    1. Jeannie D. I’m in New Jersey in the same position. If you know a place please share. I’m tired of looking like this.

        1. Linda R. snap in 4 on top 4 on bottom. 25 extractions went to DDs dental and implant solutions in Tupelo Mississippi

      1. Matt H. dang you have a nice smile. I’m also getting snap in. Can’t wait!! Any pros/cons?

      2. Matt H. wow yours look beautiful! I was just quoted $58,000 last week. I’m in Pittsburgh. If I could get snap ins like you did I’d definitely do it

      3. Matt H. are your bottoms snap in also?
If so, do they feel real bulky in your mouth?

    1. Kelley D., you went to New Horizon, right? Are you happy with the snap ins? Do you have a palate? That is the only part about the immediates that I cannot get used to. When I asked at my last appointment, she said sometimes you have to have a small palate.

  4. I found a dentist that is doing mine for $35,000. I got quotes from $17,000-$75,000. I’m getting AO6, I called every place near me and even one in Mexico.

  5. Costa Rica 6 upper 4 lower implants all extractions bone grafts, Iv sedation, plasma PRP, temp dentures, with final Zirconia fixed dentures after healing period. $18K

    1. Robert N. who in Costa Rica is doing this. May I have their contact info. Thank you.

  6. I’m going for the snap in dentures just waiting on my gums to heal, but my dentist is only doing 2 on top and 2 on bottom? I see a lot have 4 and 4? Does anyone have just 2 top and bottom?

    1. Tonya Q. I would seriously reconsider using this dentist if that is the case. It is standard across the board that the upper needs a minimum of 4 implants . That is a big red flag to me if your dentist is agreeing to only 2 . The lower needs a minimum of 2 but upper due to softer bone needs at least 4 implants

      1. He has a five star and awesome reviews that’s why I started going there, But it’s costing me like 25,000 all together for all 27 extractions temporally dentures and 4 implants 2 top 2 bottom. He said my bone is still very strong and only need 2 implants to support top and bottom now Im starting to worry but I guess everyone is different was just hoping I would find someone that had the same thing done

        1. Tonya Q. I’m a little concerned I won’t lie to you . The dental standard across the board for implants is a min of 4 on the upper

          1. Kelley D. Wow really what about lower? and this is for snap ons? Looks like Im going to be doing some research before I move any further. Thanks for your inputs.

            1. Tonya Q. if I were you I’d bring this up and see how he responds to the question. He may have 5 star reviews for his other dental work , its the implant experience that you need to check. You are allowed to ask questions of him, ask how many implant cases he does , if he does alot he should know the standard is minimum of 4

            2. Tonya Q. lower is a minimum of 2 so you are good there , its him wanting to only 2 on the upper that is concerning

              1. Kelley D. I could of misunderstood I got back in on Thursday so I will find out for sure. Thanks everyone

      2. Kelley D. I agree that’s a lot of stress on just two. I was a dental assistant and I’m pretty sure the bone around those screws would get stressed with only 2.

    2. Tonya Q. ask many questions. Ask how many of these cases he does a month, year , etc . It sounds to me he isn’t very experienced in implant surgery yet

    3. Tonya Q. i have never heard of any dentist that will do only 2 on the upper, regardless of how good your bone is. you need at least 4 to evenly distribute the pressure or the implants will just fail

    4. Tonya Q. the upper needs a minimum of 4. Using only 2 would make me seriously question whether your dentist knows what he/she is doing

  7. If you are not afraid to go alone , I recommend Costa Rica.
I started my search a year ago in all I have 9 consultation, all but one said the same diagnosis.
I had a conversation with Costa Rica one year ago , they wanted to me to send my X-ray down to them . Unfortunately I never did that , something came up , so I put the dental work that desperately needed to done on hold. I can say now I have decided to make that huge decision to have it done going through the steps of preparation.
One would be a passport needed
It takes 4 to 6 weeks to pay extra to have it expedited.
Let me say this , I DO UNDERSTAND THE DENTISTS IN THE USA. THERES PRICES ARE EXTREMELY HIGH.
MOST OF HIGH CAN PAY A DENTISTS A REASONABLE RATE . BUT NOT ONE WHEN YOU HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE OR KEEP YOUR HOUSE.
    I GOT QUOTES FROM $35,000.00 to $55,000.00
Don’t you think most would prefer to get this done here in the USA.
Well I going soon , I am excited about all over the place with different emotions.
Your quote is very high. But you sound as if you could handle that amount. Me I couldn’t.
I have done my home , talked with people who are going to
Costa Rica , and some who have it done and back home.
All I can say do a lot of research.
Talk to many , read a lot.
Feel free to private message me.

  8. Try Costa Rica it’s beautiful there and much safer than Mexico. My sister got one implant in Costa Rica and said it was a great experience and absolutely beautiful there they have a whole dental tourism thing there

  9. Dentaprime £6,990 full mouth, 6 implants at the top and 4 on the bottom, with fixed top quality teeth attached. You won’t get a better price anywhere else!!

    1. Michael H. for awhile now they haven’t been taking out of state. You can call and see but last I was told they would only take out of state if you had a local dentist to sign off on seeing you for follow ups. I am a patient of New Horizons but got in before that change

  10. Yes. My husband is in the process of doing this through New Horizans. Fingers crossed!

  11. I can refer you to network of world class providers in Colombia at 30% US prices, includimg travel.

  12. I spent $29k for upper and lower at G4 by Golpa in Dallas. They also have clinics in Las Vegas and outside Washington DC.

  13. Halie G4 by Golpa is $32,500 for full mouth AO4 ❤️ they have a location in Las Vegas.

  14. Full Arch Masters Patient Portal Group via FB to find a dr near you. They do great pricing and great work. Best of luck

  15. Come to Sani Dental in Los Algodones, Mexico. Beautiful work and my top and bottom cost about $18k

      1. Istanbul, Ankara or Fethiye depending on your preference. We have clinics all over the country. Regarding the cost I’d need to see some pictures or preferably an x-ray. But it’s usually one-fifth of what you’ve been quoted (maybe even less) – all in. (flight, treatment and accommodation) PM me for details

  16. Look up DENTART CENTER IN TIJUANA MEXICO. I JUST GOT A FULL DENTAL RECONSTRUCTION THERE. WITH NO COMPLICATIONS. I PAID $13500 CASH. AND PROBABLY COULD HAVE USED INSURANCE ON THE SECOND HALF.

  17. Mexico is way cheaper than the states.
They are known for their dental and very sanitary.

    1. Amanda H. I’m hoping I can get done decent price in Philppines when I move there end of year. But also Istanbul turkey is also a good place too

  18. I don’t understand I keep seeing different prices! I was quoted WAY TOO HIGH and paid it. I follow a girl on tik tok she paid 17,000 for snap ins and hers are GORGEOUS

    1. Patricia R. if we’re thinking of the same person, she’s had multiple implants fail and have to be replaced

  19. Mexico!!! Went to Cancun Dental Specialists. Absolutely no regrets. Just remember if you go out of country Mexico or anywhere, research like crazy, interview the dentist and ask about licensing, continuing education etc. But then again I did that with US dentists/doctors as well. Just because they are in our own country doesn’t mean they are the best qualified for what you want and need done and if they aren’t willing to talk to you and answer questions that’s a red flag in my mind. I am super happy with my results and don’t regret at all going there. But definitely verify that they have continuing education with implants etc. But going out of country is an excellent option.

      1. Debbie J. I got 5 implants on the top and then a bridge on the bottom, and 2 root canals and crowns on the bottom since they are in better shape than my top were. Currently these are my temps but they fit amazing! I go back August/September for the finals. But I wanted to ensure my implants could really heal properly and that was recommended by my dentist. Said that less chance of implant failure and with my luck yep they would have failed. Although this was the first time ever that I never got dry socket with an extraction. I could have saved $500 and not gone when full anesthesia and when I go back to have the implants uncovered and the perms (which are made on site so if you don’t like something they will fix it immediately) I will go with gas and local. Definitely not nearly as bad as I expected. I even did an all day tour of Cozumel the day after surgery. And they helped me fill out insurance paperwork for reimbursement. Was a long shot but I was able to get not quite half back (shocked!!!!) I found the reimbursement form on my insurance website and thought why not try. Totally expecting a hard “get lost” response but the oral surgeon and dentist found a massive abscess so that part became “necessary medically” and they paid for the extractions and surgery expense and a portion of the denture (my temp). But what I found was that I would paying between 800-900 for implants a piece. That was the largest expense. And the dental office made SO MANY impressions because they felt that they weren’t getting the right one to make the best fit. But the comment to me that good enough wasn’t an option but they wanted perfect even with the temp. Down the road I’m sure I will have to have the bottom done but trying to put that off as long as my own teeth allow.

    1. Darci P. about fifteen years ago I had a full upper made that was all in one with four (I think) implants. Then I had an implant with three molars on each side on the lower. Teeth in between were crowned. The upper two front teeth chipped about ten years ago. Now I’m having some chipping problems in other areas, top and bottom, and some instability. I really need to get them fixed but can’t afford another $25K. I live in Texas and it would be fairly easy to get to Mexico. Sounds like you found an excellent place. Was there just one doctor? If more, who did yours? Do you have to go there to get estimates? Not sure how it would work getting started. BTW, thanks for your info!!

      1. Debbie J. the clinic I went to the way it works is you have a team of dentists that work with you. My restorative surgeon oversaw the whole thing. If you have X-rays or scans you can start with a pretty accurate estimate. If you don’t have that they ask you to send pics of different angles of your teeth and they give you an estimate but it may change a little more (mine was about $200 dollars). When you go there they do scans etc and sit down with the main dentist for the team and the oral surgeon and go over recommendations and options. Non pushy at all! Answer any of your questions etc. and then if you want to proceed they immediately have a plan for dental times etc. I have the list of the oral surgeon, restorative dentist and the dentist that did my temps and will be doing my finals. I definitely spent the most time with him lol. I’ll PM you with that when I get home.

  20. Try to contact implant companies. Most of them are running educational course on implant treatment and do live surgeries. Patients do pay for prosthetic and get surgery plus implant for free.
downside is that they will expose your case to public.

    1. Aynur M. I had mine done somewhere that does courses and it was the best thing. Helped me to do something I could never afford any other way

      1. Kelley D. How did you find a place that does that? I’ve already started my process but want to keep my options open for later in down the line.

        1. Leah B. I first heard about them in one of the groups when I was doing my research. I can give you more details . They had stopped taking out of state for a bit but they started to again if your local dentist would agree to see you for followup like stitches , etc

  21. That’s A LOt to much!! You’d think a that price they are doing brain surgery. lol. Very over priced i think. I wish they would make it more affordable.

  22. I’m going to DDS Denture + Implant Solutions, and they’re way more affordable as that’s all they do.
$17,000 for top and bottom snap-ins with implants, or $32,000 for “fixed” top and bottom implants.

  23. I went to Dr Golpa in Virginia. He has two other locations in Dallas and Vegas. Full mouth restoration cost me $29,500. I had my surgery one year ago and couldn’t be happier!

      1. Linda N. thank you! It looks almost exactly like my natural teeth used to look years ago bc I brought them old photos of my smile and they made my bridges based off that.

  24. Dr Golpa’s office in Vegas did mine 4 1/2 years ago. My teeth were extracted and implants placed on day 1. On day 2 the permanent teeth were placed and that night I was eating a chicken dinner on the strip. Less than 24 hours and it was done! http://g4bygolpa.com

  25. Don’t go to Mexico if you have health issues! In my state that’s cost with huge discount! $5,000 tooth.

  26. Guys!! Where are these prices coming from?? I went to DDS Affordable Dentures two years ago and got the snap in dentures top and bottom for $10,000. That included everything!!! Extractions, 2 bone grafts, 7 implants, temps, perms etc….. I cant even fathom paying more than that!

    1. Diane V. majority of these quotes are the most common and from their local dentists/surgeons. Not everyone can travel far.

    2. Diane V. snap in does not count as an implant prosthesis may as well just get dentures

  27. The short answer is between $1,500 to $10,000 per implant. But there is so much more to the story. It takes several steps and materials to create a complete implant. Some dental offices may quote you a price for the entire implant, while others price each step individually. It is important that you know what is included in any quote you receive.

Our Story

Dental Country was born out of a simple yet profound idea: to bridge the gap between dental professionals and the public by providing an all-encompassing platform for dental knowledge. Founded in 2013 by Dr. Sean Myran, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dental Country started as a response to the growing need for a reliable and comprehensive online resource where both dental professionals and everyday people could find trustworthy, accurate, and well-researched information about dentistry and oral health.

Dr. Myran had witnessed first-hand the complexities faced by dental professionals, from managing successful practices to staying up-to-date with the latest dental technology and products. At the same time, he noticed how challenging it was for patients to find accurate, digestible information about dental procedures, oral hygiene products, and how to choose the right dentist. This dual perspective inspired him to create Dental Country, an online space that could cater to both audiences.

What started as a small blog quickly grew into a multifaceted platform with a wide range of dental resources—from practice management tips to in-depth product reviews and educational articles on oral health. Over the years, Dental Country has expanded its offerings to meet the evolving needs of dental professionals and patients alike. Today, it is one of the most trusted names in dental content, recognized for its dedication to quality, transparency, and accessibility.

Located in Lake Forest, CA, Dental Country has reached thousands of readers across the country and continues to grow. Through collaboration with dental experts, product reviewers, and a passionate team of healthcare copywriters, Dental Country has remained committed to its mission of providing well-rounded, authoritative dental content that helps everyone—from seasoned dental practitioners to families looking to improve their oral health.

At Dental Country, we pride ourselves on a rigorous and thoughtful approach to creating dental content. Whether we are producing an article for patients seeking information on a dental procedure or conducting an in-depth review of dental products for industry professionals, our approach remains consistent: provide reliable, actionable insights backed by research and professional experience.

Every piece of content begins with extensive research. Our team of copywriters and dental experts gather information from peer-reviewed studies, respected dental publications, and input from dental professionals. We also consult product specifications and customer feedback when reviewing dental tools, equipment, and services to provide a well-rounded view. Accuracy is our top priority, and each article is carefully fact-checked and edited to ensure it provides readers with clear, actionable, and reliable information.

We understand that dental professionals have different needs than the general public, which is why we produce tailored content for both audiences. For dentists and practice owners, we provide practice management tips, dental marketing strategies, and product reviews that are critical to their day-to-day operations. We go beyond the basics by offering detailed analyses of emerging trends and innovations in the dental industry, helping professionals stay ahead of the curve. For the public, we focus on making complex dental topics easy to understand. Our goal is to demystify dental care, empowering patients to take control of their oral health and make well-informed decisions.

This network will allow for peer-to-peer learning and foster a community of shared knowledge and support, helping professionals stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations. We envision this space as a hub for dental experts to exchange ideas and help each other succeed in a competitive and rapidly evolving field.

For patients, we are expanding our content library to include more multimedia resources like videos, infographics, and interactive guides. These resources will cover everything from understanding dental procedures to improving daily oral hygiene habits. By offering a more visual and interactive learning experience, we aim to make dental care more approachable and less intimidating for the general public.

Our long-term vision is to become the most comprehensive online platform for dental education. We aim to be the first place both dental professionals and patients turn to for trusted, up-to-date information. To support this, we are exploring partnerships with leading dental schools, healthcare organizations, and technology companies that will allow us to provide cutting-edge educational tools, research, and data-driven insights.

The future of Dental Country is bright, and we look forward to continuing to serve the dental community and the public for many years to come.
