At Smiles by Smith Orthodontics, we combine more than 100 years of collective experience with advanced orthodontic technology to provide personalized care for children, teens and adults. Our multi-generational orthodontic practice has proudly served families throughout Pittsburgh and Allison Park, PA, as well as nearby Fox Chapel and surrounding communities, since opening our doors in 1999.

Our technology includes CBCT imaging , digital scanning , in-office 3D printing and other advanced orthodontic technology that supports diagnosis, treatment planning, appliance fabrication and retention.
We are also proud to be an impression-free practice. Digital scanning allows us to create accurate models of the teeth without relying on traditional impression trays for many orthodontic workflows. This can make the process more comfortable for both children and adults while supporting efficient digital treatment planning.
