Dr. Randy Raetz was born and raised in Lockport, New York, which is just north of Buffalo, NY. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Rochester, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He went on to the University of Buffalo for Dental School. After dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at University Hospital in Syracuse, New York.
After his residency, he became assistant director of the dental program at University Hospital in Syracuse. In 1996, Dr. Raetz left Syracuse for Rochester, NY, where he began working for the Rushville Health Center, in Rushville, NY.
