Dr. Farah Polaski, or as her patients know her, Dr. Farah, graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Growing up in New York City, Dr. Farah attended the prestigious Bronx High School of Science, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Columbia University. She decided to continue her study of dental hygiene by becoming a dentist. Dr. Farah is a member of the American Dental Association, and 3rd District Dental Society, and is an active member of the community.
