Dr. Kate and her staff are very skilled and thorough. They take the time to answer all questions and address concerns. Dr. Kate has a calm demeanor, and even though she usually has several patients to see, she never rushes. I also appreciate the assistance of Ms. Kaye, the financial coordinator, who walked me through my insurance and payment options.
Highly recommend Modern Periodontics. Dr "Kate" and her assistants and staff are courteous, compassionate, top notch professionals who put the patient first. Periodontics is an expensive ordeal! Post Op, they will tell you up front the available options, advantages/disadvantages, etc even if it means some patients may chose a lesser cost alternative elsewhere...
I just got back from my first visit with Dr. von Lackum. I was greeted by a friendly young lady. The atmosphere surprised me. It's a warm, inviting and cozy place. The staff is very friendly. Dr. von Lackum took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I look forward to the next visit.
