About us
Dedicated to serving Central New York. The idea of practicing dentistry anywhere other than Central New York just wouldn’t have made sense to Dr. Gavin Lynch. He grew up here, went to school here, and feels a connection to the community that strengthens with each passing year. After graduating from Phoenix High School in 1990, Gavin earned a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University at Albany (’94), then a DDS from the University at Buffalo’s School of Dental Medicine (’98). He returned to Syracuse to complete his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital, then joined the long-standing practice of Dr. Arthur Ungerer in Camillus. By 2004, Dr. Lynch owned the practice. Today, when he’s not caring for patients, you might find Gavin on the trout stream, on the golf course, seated behind a drum set or just enjoying time with his wife, his son, and his three friendly dogs – Rooney, Franco and Folger. Dr. Lynch says his greatest enjoyment is in meeting and getting to know multiple generations of the various families who keep coming back to him, year after year.
