Dr. Laura Perell is a TMD and orofacial pain specialist with more than 30 years of experience helping patients find relief from chronic jaw pain, headaches, facial pain, and complex temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. She is pleased to bring her highly focused, patient-centered care to Dental Excellence in Towson, Maryland. Dr. Perell limits her practice exclusively to TMJ disorders and orofacial pain, allowing her to provide an exceptional level of expertise and attention to each patient she sees.
Dr. Perell earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and received her Master’s degree in Preventative Medicine and Epidemiology from the University of Iowa . Dr Perell went on to complete a Fellowship in TMD and Orofacial Pain at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain.
