About us
Central Kentucky Endodontics , located in Beaumont Centre Lexington, provides treatment limited to the specialty of Endodontics. This includes root canal treatment, endodontic retreatment, and endodontic surgery which allows a patient to save their tooth. Endodontic services also include treating cracked and broken teeth, diagnosing and treating problems with the roots, and replanting teeth which have been knocked out or extracted. Sometimes this will also involve treating infections, inflammation and swelling.
Our mission is to strive for excellence in the clinical practice of endodontics and to provide exceptional patient care in the most efficient and effective manner.
Our approach utilizes the latest in Endodontic technology including digital radiograp hy , surgical microscopes , cone beam (3D) imaging, and ultrasonic irrigation coupled with a kind and caring support team. For our patients with dental anxiety, we offer oral sedation and nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
Dr. Anna Smothers Dressman, a native of Lexington, KY, received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Kentucky. She then graduated in the top of her class with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College Of Dentistry.
