Bright, warm, and kind, Dr. Andi brings those qualities to every patient.
Dr. Andrea Appel, DDS, was born and raised in Detroit, MI. She graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor of science degree in biology from Michigan State University and went on to earn her doctoral degree in dentistry from the University of Detroit Mercy. Finishing at the top of her class, Dr. Andi then went on to obtain her certificate in orthodontics as well as a master's of science in dentistry from the University of Louisville.
Dr. Andi has brought her warm personality and a wealth of knowledge of clinical orthodontics to the Appel Orthodontics family and is thrilled to be creating Philly’s most amazing smiles alongside her husband, Dr. Andrew Appel. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the Greater Philadelphia Society Of Orthodontists.
