Patients will also benefit from personalized recommendations on oral hygiene products, helping them find the best solutions for their unique dental health requirements.
In addition to content personalization, we are working to develop a community platform where dental professionals can connect, share insights, and collaborate on best practices. This network will allow for peer-to-peer learning and foster a community of shared knowledge and support, helping professionals stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations. We envision this space as a hub for dental experts to exchange ideas and help each other succeed in a competitive and rapidly evolving field.
For patients, we are expanding our content library to include more multimedia resources like videos, infographics, and interactive guides. These resources will cover everything from understanding dental procedures to improving daily oral hygiene habits. By offering a more visual and interactive learning experience, we aim to make dental care more approachable and less intimidating for the general public.
Our long-term vision is to become the most comprehensive online platform for dental education. We aim to be the first place both dental professionals and patients turn to for trusted, up-to-date information. To support this, we are exploring partnerships with leading dental schools, healthcare organizations, and technology companies that will allow us to provide cutting-edge educational tools, research, and data-driven insights.
As we look to the future, we remain grounded in our core values: a commitment to quality, a focus on empowering our readers, and a passion for transforming the way dental information is delivered. The future of Dental Country is bright, and we look forward to continuing to serve the dental community and the public for many years to come.

I just had my implants done 4 weeks ago by Golpa. I love, love, love them!!! I love that I was able to have my extract and implants done and next day my permanent teeth inserted and able to eat that day. I would do it again in a heart beat!!
Lynnda R. do you have the bar? What are you teeth made of?
Connie B. Two of Golpa’s bridges have the titanium bar and yes, I have one of them. The PMMA is the lightest and is great when you start out so healing is easier on you gums and implants. You can read about the different bridges here. During your 6 month check-up/cleaning, you can either keep what you have, material wise, or for an additional fee upgrade. Most of their customers stay with the PMMAs.https://g4bygolpa.com/g4-high-class-hybrid-bridges/
Lynnda R. do you work for Dr. Golpa? See a lot of comments from you. We need a little real person to respond
Delores J. This is too funny. I do not work for them at all. I only heard about them a month ago. I am just a VERY satisfied customer!!
Lynnda R. and your journey has been amazing!
Danielle C. My journey had been better then I could ever imagine.
I went to dr Golpa almost one year ago exactly and had my surgery. I don’t have a bar across my gums…just 4 implants on each arch with bridges attached. I’m very happy with my procedure and definitely don’t work for Golpa lol, even though I’ve posted lots of comments. It took me over 6 years to save up and pay for it and I know how difficult this entire process is, which is why I try to answer as many questions as possible and let people know how my surgery went. I definitely recommend him and only wish I could’ve afforded doing sooner.
Jessica W. The bar she is talking about is attached too the bridge. This is why we can overload so early as this “bar” supports and stabilized the implants. If you scroll down on this page you will see the difference between a traditional all on 4 and the G4. https://g4bygolpa.com/all-on-four-dental-implants/
Jessica W. Wow girl! Mad respect to you! 6 years is a long time to to save! I am currently searching for every and any way to make this happen for my significant other. He’s such a beautiful person and deserves his confidence back. Just hung up on funding right now and I realllyyyy don’t want to resort to going out of the country 😔
Jessica W. do you love them? and what does that cost
There is no bar across your gums. The teeth sit on a titanium bar that screws into the Implants. You don’t see or feel that bar at all. You should call and they will explain the entire procedure to you.
Price?
Tijuana B. right now they are about 30-32000. That’s the whole mouth top and bottom.
Denise S. Is the 30-32 for full mouth include extractions?
Terri O. yes. It includes everything including iv sedation and permanent teeth installed 2nd day. Thete are no temps with Dr Golpas method.
Denise S. thank you. And these are permanent teeth that don’t come out for daily cleaning? I will visit the website, but all my research has my head spinning trying to keep them all straight! (The different places)
Terri O. they are permanent. Only the dentist can remove them. You clean with a Waterpick at the gum line. If you look up Golpas G4 solution they answer and explain everything.
Terri O. why dont they take them out to clean do they recommend doing it every so often?
Penny E. there are different types of implant/bridge combinations. Some are partial bridges that need to be taken Out daily like dentures for us to clean and even soak overnight. Permanent implant/bridge combo the dentist takes out once a year to clean. Those are more expensive
Denise S. Thank you. I only require the top.
Tijuana B.. You should give them a call.
Tijuana B. For top only, you have to get a nanoceramic bridge for $21,500, or zirconia bridge for $29,500. You can find these prices on their web site.
Who’s golpa?
Emily J. G. Dr Golpa. You can Google his procedure.
Denise S.
Or you could just say where he’s located..
Emily J. G. he has 3 locations in the US…Las Vegas, Dallas, and Tyson,Virginia. I went to his Virginia office one year ago.
Jessica W.
Owwee
Thank you, too far for me
Only the best dentist for implants. I’m from Alaska and went to his Vegas office 4 weeks ago. It was way cheaper to go to him then have one of the dentist here in Alaska do my implants. He is the best in his field for implants.
Lynnda R. How does he differ from the other dentists in his field? Does he have a better method with better products and longer lasting results?
Lisa H. If you scroll down a little on this site you can read all about Dr. Golpa and his team. Dr. Golpa’s G4 bridge has surpassed all in the industry. He has pioneered his G4 bridge with a titanium bar in the bridge which stabilizes and supports the implants. By doing it this way he can extract teeth and insert implants one day and the next day apply your teeth, all within 24 hours. Once teeth are in you can eat most anything because of the supportive bridges. https://g4bygolpa.com/team/
Lynnda R. How was your healing time? I have an appt and will be flying home the day after receiving my permanent teeth? I’m worried to might be too soon.
Vanessa M. Healing time was great. I flew home the day after I received my smile. I ate soft foods for a couple of days as I was not use to have one less molar on each side and when harder foods would touch the site it would hurt because of my stitches. Healing was great. Never had any pain. I rotated Tylenol and Advil religiously for a week and a half. By the first week I was eating more and more foods. By the second week I started waterpiking as my stitches were starting to come out. By week three all the sutures were out, and I started flossing. Food wise I have not had anything really hard, such as apples, corn on the cob, etc. to eat as I want to give my implants a little more time to heal, even though I have seen videos of patients taking a bite out of an apple right after their teeth were put in. I have had steak, ribs, hamburgers, pizza, jelly bean, licorice. There is not much that I will not eat. I can’t believe how easy and painless this has been. The only thing I have had was my bruising and swelling which lasted two and a half weeks, yet it was not painful. It just looked ugly. LOL I love my new smile and the things I can do with my teeth now.
They did me, Its hybrid which sits on titanium bar
That’s what I was told at consultation
Dr. Golpa did mine 4 1/2 years ago. Had my teeth extracted, implants placed and permanent teeth placed inside of 24 hours and was eating a chicken dinner on the strip that same night. Absolutely amazing!!! The titanium bar does not go across the gums, it is built into the bridge for reinforcement. 12 times stronger than dentures. I eat beef ribs, corn on the cobb, apples etc… Dr. Golpa has done thousands of these procedures, more than anyone else and their lab is actually on-site, which drives down cost and allows for a 24 hour turn around with permanent teeth. The logical choice!
Brian K. Your teeth look amazing
May I ask what the teeth part is made out of? Is it acrylic?
Connie B. not acrylic. Not sure exactly. They make it in house. Super strong though.
Brian K. How does he not allow for the implant to integrate before loading the implant with the added weight of the crown?
Catherine G. they are immediate load implants. With that said, there is still the normal osseointegration process but because of his proprietary protocols and the even distribution of weight throughout the implants, patients can get a full mouth restoration with actual permanent teeth in 24 hours. It’s crazy cool! Check out Golpa on YouTube. More patient testimonials than you can shake a stick at. You will be more than impressed. And if you would like to chat more in depth about it, direct message me and I’ll shoot you my number. I am forever grateful for what they do and will forever be an advocate for them.
Mine have the titanium bar but it’s in the denture. My teeth are zirconium and I was able to eat hard food immediately. They were done by a local dentist for $50,000.
Dr golpa learned from the inventor of this procedure, one of, if not the 1st to do this in the US. He did mine in 2014. They do have a titanium bar that you can’t see or feel. Dr Golpa trained others that now work in his offices all around the country. I still love mine after 7 years..
Rhonda N. Don’t be fooled not everyone ends up with million dollar smile.
Please please careful. In hindsight I wish I had known about risks of autoimmune issues and metal allergies. I am in terrible trouble because dentists will say anything, discount risks, etc to get your “business”. Get Orthopedic Analysis and do your “due diligence”because if something goes wrong, you are going to be on your own, in every way possible. It’s a huge money making industry. I wish I had known a tenth of what I now know just two years ago. Dental implants can be life threatening and life altering. Please be careful. Contact me if you need help.
Mary Louise M. You are so right. This should be done with any metal you might be planning on putting in your body, hip or knee replacement, etc.
Mary Louise M. thank you for that bit of caution… so many of us want it done “today” ( me included) that it’s easy to cut corners doing research
