  1. Everyone is different in what they go through. I am 4 weeks post op. I had 32 teeth extracted, G4 implants, all on the same day and the next day, I had my permanent teeth put in. I had severe swelling and bruising yet I had NO pain at all. It was the best dental procedure I have ever been through. I did have I.V. sedation yet I get very high anxiety when it come to dental work. My experience is very different from most as with G4, like mentioned above, within 24 hours after extraction you get your permanent teeth put in. After that you can eat most anything. The day I received my teeth I ate pizza and fried mushrooms. I did take it a little easy with food because of stitches and my gums being sore yet after two weeks when the stitches came out I have been eating anything I want and have not had any problems. This can only be done with G4 implants as they are not your traditional all on 4 or 6. Like I said, the best experience. Absolutely no down time for me. Surgery on Thursday, Friday teeth, Saturday flew home (as this was done in Vegas and I’m from Alaska) and Monday back to work. You can learn more about my experience here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPZlFtTvAs4

      1. Della W. G4 by Golpa. For extractions, sedation, x-ray, CT scan, implants, new smile, transportation to and from hotel and 6 month check-up/cleaning it’s $31,500. Way worth it as I did not have to wait 6 month to a year from my perm teeth, no going to multiple dental visits, no pain or discomfort from temp dentures, etc. Way, way worth it!!

    1. Lynnda R. Heyy!!! I’m from anchorage! I have been looking into this too cuz AK is just crazy expensive! Was any of your treatment covered by insurance?

      1. Rohan Lord W. Nice to meet a fellow Alaskan! No insurance covers implants. I had to pay all out of pocket. G4 by Golpa has lenders they are associated with. GreenSky is one of the best to try. You will love Golpa. I was going to go to Midtown Dental yet they wanted $65,000. It was way cheaper to go to Vegas, including hotel and flight. Well worth it!

      1. Connie B. No, Dr. Golpa only uses full size implants. Nothing else will work with his special bridge that he has created.

  2. I’m on 10 days post recovery from extractions, bone graph, sinus life, implants placed upper and lower. I don’t remember a thing, minor pain first day and temp teeth placed day 2. Tylenol and Advil handled it just fine. Even tho I had some minor issues with the fit of my upper and develop an ulcer in my mouth, it hasn’t been too bad. A lot of swelling and bruising but not as much pain. My famous words right now are, I look worse than I feel.

      1. Teri C. Ocala, Florida
One set fee, surgery, temps, permanents upper and lower, 5 years of care 40k

  3. Mine was hell. Sinus lifts, bone grafts and implants. So much pain and I developed a intra oral communication so everything I drank came right out my nose. I also got a lot of nose bleeds.

  4. Not everyone has such an easy time. I didn’t. Remember this when you are looking for your surgeon. Prepare for the easiest results, but also be prepared in case you have issues.

  5. No pain, take your meds on the reg to stop it for the first two weeks then big temps for the first 6 months while you heal so they can make a mold of it to make your permanents.

      1. Annette M. mine aren’t they have to be big for them to fit over your swollen gums. Once that goes down the gaps are huge behind them. I have them in now cause my temps got damaged and they’re being repaired. I go back in on Monday to get them back in, until then I’m Mr Ed 😂

      2. Annette M. before and my temps. I know they don’t look that bad. They are off center if you look closely.

  6. I had all teeth extracted and all on four implants placed the same day, had minimal swelling, no bruising and took motrin for the minimal pain that I had for like 3 days

  7. I had no pain, no bruising and minimal swelling. Took about three weeks before I was feeling “normal”. 🙂

  8. It’s sucks….lots of ice, ibuprofen and rest ohhh! And use the Vicodin.
It took about 5 days for the severe pain to subside. Then I would need periodic adjustments because your gums heal and shrink so that would be painful for a few days at a time and I’d say at about 6 to 8 weeks my upper and lowers felt like normal teeth

  9. It depends whether you need bone augmentation or not. And it depends on the concept.

  10. Go for it.
I used clear choice, they are pretty good, legit.
    Be patient.
It will take over a year to have the main one in ur mouth.
    Good luck.

    1. Shawn R. I was thinking clear choice but saw bad reviews. I might go with Eon clinics

  11. I’ve been looking at clear choice. I have not started researching them yet for the reviews. Only the cost so far. 54000.

  12. I had no pain. Extractions, sinus lift, bone graft and 6 implants on upper and 6 on lower. Next day I had new teeth. Total cost $39500. Dr Golpa in Las Vegas. All they do are implants. Very experienced.

      1. Andi J. Yes! Next morning they screwed in upper and lower dentures. Then you go back in 6-12 months and get permanent dentures screwed in. That was 2 1/2 years ago and no problems so far. 🙂

  13. Hi Jeanne M. how are you ?
Please ask Heather C. and Julie Russell S. about their full mouth restoration and Allon6 experience . Any more questions please call me at 718 7379823 .

    1. I had my top done no pain at all ! Just looked like a chipmunk and one bruise on my left side ! Went to Costa Rica 9,000 my contact is Gabriel F.!

  14. Im 9 days post surgery, lower full bridge from 2 sinus lift, bone graphs and teeth extractions. No pain, no bruising, a little bleeding the day of surgery and 8 days swelling/pressure.

  15. Three month and full job will b done.. pain should b minimum if the surgeon worked smoothly with good sterilization and medicine coverage.. if he did not then a lot of pain and swollen face

      1. Jeanne M. super inexpensive to fly into Vegas location. It’s a 1 and done 24 hour procedure.

  16. I went to Dr Golpa and had my procedure one year ago. Very minimal pain, only some soreness and swelling. Swelling in my face was gone in about 10 days, swelling in my gums under the bridges lasted about 2 months off and on and was the most uncomfortable part for me. I took 10 days off work but could’ve went back in a week really. It took a couple months before it started to feel more normal but I love it and don’t regret it! It really varies person to person bc some are like me and don’t have a lot of pain and others say it’s hell. I was surprised at how little pain I had.

  17. Look out for Strategic Implants.

Our Story

Dental Country was born out of a simple yet profound idea: to bridge the gap between dental professionals and the public by providing an all-encompassing platform for dental knowledge. Founded in 2013 by Dr. Sean Myran, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dental Country started as a response to the growing need for a reliable and comprehensive online resource where both dental professionals and everyday people could find trustworthy, accurate, and well-researched information about dentistry and oral health.

Dr. Myran had witnessed first-hand the complexities faced by dental professionals, from managing successful practices to staying up-to-date with the latest dental technology and products. At the same time, he noticed how challenging it was for patients to find accurate, digestible information about dental procedures, oral hygiene products, and how to choose the right dentist. This dual perspective inspired him to create Dental Country, an online space that could cater to both audiences.

What started as a small blog quickly grew into a multifaceted platform with a wide range of dental resources—from practice management tips to in-depth product reviews and educational articles on oral health. Over the years, Dental Country has expanded its offerings to meet the evolving needs of dental professionals and patients alike. Today, it is one of the most trusted names in dental content, recognized for its dedication to quality, transparency, and accessibility.

Located in Lake Forest, CA, Dental Country has reached thousands of readers across the country and continues to grow. Through collaboration with dental experts, product reviewers, and a passionate team of healthcare copywriters, Dental Country has remained committed to its mission of providing well-rounded, authoritative dental content that helps everyone—from seasoned dental practitioners to families looking to improve their oral health.

Our Approach to Dental Content

At Dental Country, we pride ourselves on a rigorous and thoughtful approach to creating dental content. Our methodology is rooted in a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and expertise, ensuring that every piece of content we publish meets the highest standards of quality. Whether we are producing an article for patients seeking information on a dental procedure or conducting an in-depth review of dental products for industry professionals, our approach remains consistent: provide reliable, actionable insights backed by research and professional experience.

Every piece of content begins with extensive research. Our team of copywriters and dental experts gather information from peer-reviewed studies, respected dental publications, and input from dental professionals. We also consult product specifications and customer feedback when reviewing dental tools, equipment, and services to provide a well-rounded view. Accuracy is our top priority, and each article is carefully fact-checked and edited to ensure it provides readers with clear, actionable, and reliable information.

We understand that dental professionals have different needs than the general public, which is why we produce tailored content for both audiences. For dentists and practice owners, we provide practice management tips, dental marketing strategies, and product reviews that are critical to their day-to-day operations. We go beyond the basics by offering detailed analyses of emerging trends and innovations in the dental industry, helping professionals stay ahead of the curve. For the public, we focus on making complex dental topics easy to understand. Our goal is to demystify dental care, empowering patients to take control of their oral health and make well-informed decisions.

What also sets Dental Country apart is our commitment to neutrality. We are unbiased in our reviews and recommendations. While we do accept sponsored content and partnerships, these are clearly disclosed, and our editorial integrity is never compromised. Our readers know they can trust us to provide fair, well-balanced evaluations of dental products, services, and companies.

Ultimately, our approach to dental content is built on the foundation of trust. We are not just a source of information; we are an educational partner for dental professionals and patients alike, committed to helping them navigate the ever-evolving world of dentistry.

Dentistry is a dynamic field, with new technologies, techniques, and products emerging every year. We believe in staying at the forefront of these changes, ensuring that our content not only keeps up but also leads the way in educating our readers.

In the near future, we plan to introduce even more innovative tools and resources for both dental professionals and patients. One of our most exciting upcoming projects is the launch of interactive features designed to improve the user experience. This includes personalized content suggestions based on individual preferences, allowing dental professionals to access the most relevant practice management tips and product reviews for their specific needs. Patients will also benefit from personalized recommendations on oral hygiene products, helping them find the best solutions for their unique dental health requirements.

In addition to content personalization, we are working to develop a community platform where dental professionals can connect, share insights, and collaborate on best practices. This network will allow for peer-to-peer learning and foster a community of shared knowledge and support, helping professionals stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations. We envision this space as a hub for dental experts to exchange ideas and help each other succeed in a competitive and rapidly evolving field.

For patients, we are expanding our content library to include more multimedia resources like videos, infographics, and interactive guides. These resources will cover everything from understanding dental procedures to improving daily oral hygiene habits. By offering a more visual and interactive learning experience, we aim to make dental care more approachable and less intimidating for the general public.

Our long-term vision is to become the most comprehensive online platform for dental education. We aim to be the first place both dental professionals and patients turn to for trusted, up-to-date information. To support this, we are exploring partnerships with leading dental schools, healthcare organizations, and technology companies that will allow us to provide cutting-edge educational tools, research, and data-driven insights.

As we look to the future, we remain grounded in our core values: a commitment to quality, a focus on empowering our readers, and a passion for transforming the way dental information is delivered. The future of Dental Country is bright, and we look forward to continuing to serve the dental community and the public for many years to come.
