Question: Is it normal to have a lot of bleeding into my sinus after having a far rear upper tooth pulled.

Answer: It happens if there was an opening created when the tooth was extracted. There are times that the root of a back tooth ends in sinus or the bone in between the sinus and the tooth is very thin and it breaks open with the tooth. In both cases you need to see your dentist quickly. The opening needs to be checked. It may need to be closed and there are instructions that you need to follow to help healing like avoiding using a straw or sneezing if possible. Again your dentist has to see you.
